Okay...I was all in the Christmas spirit, not really a care in the world about pressures and stresses at school, missing the snow but doing alright because of the cooler weather and the rain...and dammit if Kato isn't right. First of all, feel free to comment, to commiserate with me Kato, but I don't want to hear an "I told you so." We all know you told me so, we can go back and read it in black and white.WHY!?!? If it says releases on Dec. 11, why are you releasing it on Dec. 10? Don't you think I would rather receive my LOST on Tuesday than on Wednesday? If this is a "service" you are providing your customers why not tell us about it? I'm ticked. This was what was going to get me through until we leave. Now what do I have!? Nothing! I have frickin' whiny and bratty kids and a lot of frickin' work to do! Booooo Netflix! I'm not happy...in fact I look like Kate right now.

it kinda makes sense, though. the release date is when the item is available to the public, so when you get it on tuesday, it's not like they are breaking any rules.
alls i know is that when i want a release date dvd, i better get my dvds in the mail by friday or saturday, because otherwise i won't get it for a week or two.
Yeah! Yeah! I still get to see that mad Kate face tomorrow! Still a short wait but ours were shipped! Dave thinks they "held" it for us and the short wait was based on the people who had it in their queue. I don't know...maybe we're just lucky, but it doesn't matter. We're LOSTing it up starting tomorrow!
you were probably given higher priority since you aren't considered "heavy users" of the service. i thought that might happen, but i didn't want to get your hopes up.
