My only friend, the end

Ahhh...the end is near. Tomorrow will be my last day with childrans before winter break. I never thought I'd need a break this soon...what ever will I do next year?? I think that coming in mid-year has a lot to do with my need for solace. No time to plan with my team and get the lay of the land...I had to jump right in, sink or swim. I'm looking forward to using my break to completely re-organize the way I run things in my room. I think I'm gonna go center crazy...I just can't take it when I'm up in front of them and I can just feel it when I loose each one because they're not engaged. Well, no more! There will be some heavy duty learnin' taking place come January! I've already begun hauling books and activities and district standards home. It will be glorious.
