Yeah baby!
Tonight is the night. These last few months have seemed like an eternity. We've seen every episode of season 1 and season 2 and spent countless hours discussing it. We even picked out who we would become friends with if our plane crashed on our recent trip to Arizona. I'm fairly confident that I know exactly where most of our friends will be at 9pm tonight. I know where I'll be...curled up on our raggedy, bishop-loved couch, center seat with all the lights out and the coffee table raised up. This afternoon I realized what I needed to make my life complete tonight. I just returned from the store with a plastic bag that contains El Matadors (the world's best tortilla chip which I will miss dearly when we move), salsa, and one pound of Velveeta! Ah yes...I'm sure some of you have recipes for queso dip that are far superior to this one, however, tonight I'm craving the inexpensive, processed flavor of the cheesy salsa dip that's so easy, even whitey could make it. So, on top of the raised coffee table will be a bowl of chips, my cheesy dip, and a DDP. Probably two DDPs 'cause Stemshul will be alongside me. Happy viewing!

i was eating hash browns while we watched.
it's so completely different watching only one episode at a time and with commercials. i don't like it. it might be best to just watch these first six episodes and then wait for the dvds to come out.
I love the cheapo dip - I wish I had thought of that when we watched last night. Shedu was very upset about the commercials. And he got very angry about Inside Edition giving away parts of the premier. I don't want to wait another week for the next episode.
That's one of my favorite dips as well. Sometimes simpler is better. Also I have never watched a single episode of Lost. And don't plan on it. (I'm a rebel!)
so, you're saying that's the one show you don't watch?
hahahahahahhahahahaha
i crack myself up.
I know...I felt jipped with the commercials. Somehow the show felt shorter and it moved too quickly...I couldn't savor it.
Also, there's something to be said for the replay value. Each season needs to be watched at least twice to really figure out what's going on.
And the dip...was delicious!
