Saying goodbye

Wow, I never knew there were so many people to say goodbye to. It's strange because I don't feel like things will be changing even though I know they will. It's really hard for me to imagine something I have no experience with. So I just go about my days, getting my tasks done (or not) and carry on to the next day. I feel like time is standing still right now but I know that soon enough it will move all too quickly.



My most difficult goodbyes have been this week...it's taking its toll. I've already seen many of my good friends and it was "good time!" Saw my girlfriends from high school on Tuesday night and my friends from work on Wednesday/Thursday night. I can't say "work-friends" because I really do think of them as friends before I think of them as people I work with. I've known most of them for a long time, and we had a blast. I also found I have a lot in common with one person that I've only know for a few months, who I like, but didn't know all that well before. It's kind of a downer to find these things out now. I think she'll be off to New York soon anyway.

Boyz II Men were right...it is so hard to say goodbye to yesterday.
