Yeah!! Who would have believed I'd get to see real snow this year? I'm so excited...I think Dave and I are the only two people who are happy to see this mini snow-storm come to GR. I took him to work at 7:30 this morning and there was a light layer of white on the yard. As I was driving to Meijer's I just kept thinking how everything looks more beautiful when it's dusted with snow. I had to pick up a few things before we make our trip, not the least of which was a compact disc of the Greatest Hits of Journey. Yeah that's right...I'm gonna be rockin' 80s style all the way to Arizona. When I left, it was like a mini blizzard! I thought the dogs would be so happy to play in the snow...I guess the accumulation wasn't enough for them to get excited about. Enjoy it while it lasts boys!
On a sadder note, we said good-bye to our kitty Ripley and shipped her off to Jenna. We didn't think she would appreciate the super hot, much smaller appartment. Hopefully she'll learn how to be a kitty from her new roommates!
