Goodbye water...

Hmmm...here's some interesting news for those of you who don't know yet...I accepted a 3rd grade position at a school in Phoenix, AZ. Yes, that's right, Stemshul and I will be making a huge move in the very near future. We have so much work ahead of us...we're presently trying to find a nice, cheap apartment that allows large, stinky dogs. We don't think we'll have too much of a problem with that. Next hurdle is getting my Arizona reciprocal teaching license, then the actual logistics of moving across the country.

In addition to all this, we need to get our affairs in order and find time to say goodbye to our loved ones. I'm sure there will be a party of some sort. I'm so excited, but also freaked out of my mind. I've never done anything like this and it's scary to leave a state that I love so much. I know that I may love Arizona just as much if I give it a try, but it's just so unfamiliar to me. We'll be leaving in about 6 weeks...Arizona here we come!
