The 2006 ice show is well under way...today was performance number 1 and all went well minus one slight disturbance in the opening fairy number. The show is really good this year and all the skaters are excited. Tomorrow is the last performance at 5pm...if you're not busy and you want some cheap entertainment, stop by and see for yourself!

This morning before the show I took 4 skaters to a local competition. It was fun and they were all happy with how they skated. These competitions are interesting. You see all kinds...bratty girls, psycho parents, and snobby coaches. I don't know if I could do this for a living, I just can't put on that act...this side of skating is what makes the sport less sporting. Like I said, I had a lot of fun, but I couldn't wait to get out of there. And now it's just after 10 and I'm exhausted...I think I'll head to bed.
